卡尔·哈里斯, a Wichita, Kan.-based small volume spec and custom home builder with over 40 years of experience in the home building, remodeling and light commercial construction industry, is NAHB’s 2024 Chairman of the Board. As co-founder and president of the 卡尔·哈里斯 Co.公司. and Managing Partner of Harris Homes, he has built homes in many communities in Kansas.

巴迪休斯, a Lexington, N.C.-based home builder and developer with more than 45 years of experience in the home building industry, is NAHB’s 2024 First Vice Chairman of the Board. 休斯, a third-generation builder, in 1984 opened his own general contracting business, 休斯 Construction, specializing in home building and light commercial construction.

比尔•欧文斯, 一个沃辛顿, 俄亥俄州, remodeler and home builder with more than 40 years of experience in the residential construction industry is NAHB’s 2024 Second Vice Chairman. Owens is president of Owens Construction, a leading residential design/build firm focused on integrating seamless appearance, energy efficient technology and creating welcoming home environments.

鲍勃·彼得森, a Fort Collins, Colo.-based remodeler and home builder with more than 40 years of experience in the construction field, is NAHB’s 2024 Third Vice Chairman of the Board. Peterson is the founder of Associates in Building + Design, Ltd. (ABD), a company he started in May 1990 that specializes in custom homes and high-end remodeling.

艾丽西亚休伊, a Birmingham, 阿拉巴马州.-based custom home builder with more than 30 years of experience in the home building industry, is NAHB’s 2024 Immediate Past Chairman of the Board. In 2000, Huey founded AGH Homes公司., which builds high-end custom homes for buyers on individual lots, and has also built in Hoover, 阿拉巴马州., and in several golf course communities in Vestavia, 阿拉巴马州.

With 25 years of lobbying and association experience, Jim Tobin, CAE, is NAHB’s president and CEO. 以前, he served as NAHB’s EVP, government affairs and chief lobbyist, where he directed the federal, state and local lobbying for NAHB. Prior to NAHB, he was senior legislative assistant to former U.S. 代表. Frank Riggs (Calif.) and former U.S. 代表. Gary Franks (Conn.).
